Hello! Here is a little about me.

I am from Northeast Pennsylvania. After high school, I went to college to obtain my Associate’s Degree in Travel Administration and a Bachelor’s Degree in Technical Management. I worked in the airlines for the bulk of my career.

As a Director of Operations, I managed 60 stations, oversaw two Regional Manager’s, 35 General Manager’s, and over 400 employees within the US and Canada. I worked under HR as the Director of Employee Development, and was responsible for recruiting, safety, training, and leadership development. 

I have the operational expertise and the HR component that has shaped who I am today. I am results-oriented with a drive to change. I have the hands on experience of how to lead people and manage complex projects. I can help take you from the 30,000 foot view down to the ground level.
