Transforming Teams: A Journey in Leadership Development



Hello! Here’s a little about me.
I spent the majority of my career in the airline industry, where I held senior leadership roles with broad operational and people management responsibilities. As a Director of Operations, I oversaw 60 stations across the U.S. and Canada, leading a team that included Regional Managers, General Managers, and 400+ employees.
In addition to operations, I also worked in Human Resources as Director of Employee Development. In that role, I led initiatives in recruiting, safety, training, and leadership development, helping to build strong teams across the organization.
My experience combines deep operational expertise with a strong people-focused approach. I’m results-driven, adaptable, and passionate about leading meaningful change. With a hands-on leadership style, I help organizations bridge the gap between big-picture strategy and day-to-day execution, which takes ideas from the 30,000-foot view down to the ground level.
